Due to the nature of our business being largely in the field, we may not answer immediately. Leave a message and we’ll get back to you soon.
Tour and Consultation
Tour the studio and discuss ideas and locations for your business portraits. If you are doing just a basic headshot in the studio, we may skip this step and move straight to photographing you.
We take this opportunity to talk about pricing, product options and how the process works in detail. If you feel we are the photographer for you, we can schedule your shoot, managing contracts and retainer fee.
Choose Your Location
At the consultation we discuss options. We work together to build a concept that would represent you and your brand the best. This could end up being your business location, a remote working space, or you in your element working with clients.
Find Your Fit
A large part of what makes an image work is the clothing. We’ll discuss color and styles that best fit your brand. If you feel the need, we’ll connect you with a stylist to complete your look. Be sure to try on clothing early to make sure it fits and doesn’t need alterations, or have any stains. Sounds like a great excuse for a shopping trip.
Hair and Makeup
You are welcome to do your own hair and makeup. Don’t want to? We can provide an artist upon request or help you find a salon that fits your needs.
Lights/Camera/Pose
It’s time for the fun part! Don’t know what to do with your hands? Nervous? Don’t worry. We are here to guide you through everything. We will make it fun and you will look amazing.
BTS Magic
At this point we get to work reviewing your images and preparing them for you with a little “behind the scenes magic.”
The Reveal
Join us in the studio for the big reveal of your images on the big screen and select favorites. If you preordered a package, we skip this step and provide your order. But, if you haven’t picked you final order, we work with you to select the images and products you need.

Hold and Love
After the images are fully retouched, printed at professional labs and prepared for you, we deliver your order so that you can share it with the world and promote your business in style.
